a registered
society located
in Bangalore
that provides
HID support to
individuals,
groups and
organizations
working in the
development
sector. Our work
involves
accompaniment
support and
capacity
building
of
individuals and
organisations -
from providing
training in
skills such
as
facilitation,
documentation
and research;
help individuals
and
organisations
gain new or
clearer views on
gender,
development,
leadership etc;
facilitate
organisations
deal with
various human
resource and
organisational
issues that
may arise such
as those related
to systems,
governance etc.
HID Forum
works
both at the
national and
regional levels
(Karnataka ,
Andhra and Tamil
Nadu)
HID
Forum is looking
for a
young person
interested in
working on
people centered
advocacy and
institution
building issues.
One of
the critical
areas of work
would be to
coordinate and
provide support
to
alliance
building
activity. The
fellowship
will
offer a hands-on
experience and
on
the job learning
opportunity
through which
the fellow will
develop
competencies
in human and
institutional
development.
